About the Class
Taught by Senior Pastor Michael Daugherty, Discover Trinity is a four week class for those interested in learning more about Trinity Baptist Church and what it means to be a member.
This class is perfect for you if …
- You want to discover more about who are the people of Trinity Baptist Church.
- You want to know more about what we believe and what it means for you as a member.
- You’re curious about ways you can get involved in ministry or service opportunities at Trinity.
We believe church membership is biblical and an important commitment. Becoming a church member is a process that includes completion of the Discover Trinity Membership Class. The class is held quarterly on an as needed basis.
The next class is scheduled to start October 4, 2023.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The class happens while our NextGen Ministries are also holding their Weekly Grow Classes. Your kids are encouraged to join them on Wednesday nights.
You’re encouraged to join us every Wednesday night from 5:00-5:50 p.m. in the Chapel for our Family Meal. Meals cost $5 per person (maximum $20 per family). If you don’t have time to eat before class starts, grab a plate and bring it with you!!
Yes. Yes. If you would like to know more about what we believe as Southern Baptists, you’re welcome to attend. However, we also have several other Grow Classes on Wednesday night that may be better suited to help you grow in your walk with Christ. No. There is no charge to attend the Discover Trinity class.
Registration is strongly encouraged to ensure we have enough materials and space for all who plan to attend. Click here to register.
Yes. We ask that you make a commitment to attend all four classes in October. Each class builds upon the prior class and helps you get a full understanding of what it means to be a member of Trinity Baptist Church.
This class is a great opportunity for you to meet with and get to know other new members of the church, ask questions about how joining Trinity may be different from the church you transferred from, and more.
